Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health concerns, utilizing standardized tools and methodologies to inform the development of comprehensive treatment plans.

• Implement individual therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness practices, and Solution-Focused Therapy, tailored to each client's specific circumstances.

• Establish clear therapeutic goals alongside clients, tracking their progress meticulously throughout the therapeutic process to ensure effective outcomes.

• Provide teletherapy options for clients who prefer virtual support, ensuring accessibility and convenience for individuals facing geographical or mobility barriers.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of client interactions and therapeutic interventions in compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies.

• Actively participate in ongoing training and professional development programs aimed at enhancing clinical skills and integrating innovative practices into your therapeutic approach.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
