Employee Relations Consultant

Job Overview The Agency’s mission is to be boldly innovative in improving the health and quality of life for South Carolinians. This position is located in Human Resources, Richland County. It is an in‑office role and does not offer telecommuting or remote work. We are looking for an Employee Relations Consultant who will investigate and research complaints of discrimination, harassment, grievances and other employment issues or conflicts that may arise from employees, management, federal/state agency inquiries, or concerns from the public. Responsibilities Investigate and research complaints related to discrimination, harassment, grievances, and other employment issues. Follow up in a timely manner with all parties involved and work towards finding solutions to resolve issues. Disseminate appropriate information and updates to stakeholders. #J-18808-Ljbffr
