Payroll Specialist Workday

Location: West Palm Beach, FL | In Office

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist with hands-on Workday experience to join our payroll team. This is an excellent opportunity for a payroll professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to make an immediate impact supporting multi-state payroll operations.

Qualifications:

3+ years of payroll processing experience

Hands-on Workday experience required

Multi-state payroll experience strongly preferred

Payroll tax experience preferred

Experience with electronic timekeeping systems

Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight payroll deadlines

Associate degree preferred

Must be willing to participate in the Companys pre-employment screening process and continuously meet any applicable state, county, and municipal requirements.

Responsibilities:

Process multi-state payroll accurately and on time across multiple locations.

Manage payroll schedules and ensure all processing deadlines are met.

Review timekeeping data, PTO, deductions, garnishments, bonuses, commissions, and other payroll adjustments.

Research and resolve employee pay, direct deposit, tax, and payroll discrepancies.

Calculate retroactive pay and make necessary payroll corrections.

Reconcile payroll data and assist with General Ledger discrepancies.

Support payroll tax processing, quarterly/year-end filings, and employee tax forms.

Assist with payroll, 401(k), workers compensation, and other internal or external audits.

Generate payroll reports and review data to identify and resolve discrepancies.

Provide payroll support and guidance to employees, managers, and other system users.
