As a Real Estate Agent at Brooklyn High Rise, you will focus on assisting clients in renting, buying, and selling properties. Responsibilities include addressing client inquiries, conducting property tours, negotiating contracts, and building long-term relationships. You will utilize your knowledge of the local real estate market and provide exceptional service to meet clients' housing needs effectively. Qualifications A valid Real Estate License is required. Knowledge and experience in Real Estate and Real Property operations. Strong Customer Service and Sales skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients. Familiarity with the Brooklyn, NY real estate market is highly desirable.
