Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The Real Estate Agent will work directly with clients to guide them through renting, buying, and selling residential properties, including conducting property tours, hosting open houses, and providing market insights. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and following up with leads, preparing and presenting listings, drafting and reviewing offers, and coordinating with lenders, attorneys, and inspectors. The role also involves maintaining accurate documentation, using real estate tools and platforms, and staying informed on local market trends, regulations, and neighborhood developments. The agent will collaborate closely with the founder and team to uphold the company’s mission of empowering clients and delivering high-quality, personalized service. Qualifications Current or in-progress Real Estate License, with a strong understanding of Real Estate principles and Real Property regulations. Proven Sales skills with experience in lead generation, negotiation, and closing transactions. Strong Customer Service mindset, with the ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and support clients through complex decisions. Familiarity with the New York City Metropolitan Area housing market and local neighborhoods is highly preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain processes and contracts in accessible language. Comfort with real estate CRM systems, online listing platforms, and basic office software (email, documents, spreadsheets). High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling sensitive client information. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and to travel within the NYC metro area as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
