Responsibilities Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in the Prospect Park West area and surrounding Brooklyn neighborhoods. Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase available listings. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences. Prepare and present offers, negotiate contracts, and facilitate smooth transaction processes. Stay informed about local market trends, property values, and neighborhood developments. Collaborate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and other real estate professionals to ensure seamless transactions. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property listings, and sales activities using company CRM tools.
