Period of Performance: 1 Base Year + 3 Option Years

Location: Remote

Clearance Requirement: This position does not require a security clearance; however, applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities:

• Proposed personnel possess the knowledge and capability to oversee the procurement lifecycle, including vendor negotiations, acquisition strategy development, and compliance with DoD procurement policies.

• Proposed personnel possess the knowledge and capability to provide technical support for JIRA, GitLab, and other IT management tools, ensuring users receive prompt issue resolution and training.

• Personnel must be proficient in troubleshooting software issues, managing user access, and supporting cloud-based IT applications.

• Strong customer service and documentation skills are required.

Required Qualifications and Skills (Must Be Reflected on Your Resume):

• An Associate's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field -OR- A minimum of 3 years of equivalent experience in contract administration.

• Personnel must have demonstrated experience in resolving user access issues, troubleshooting software functionality, and providing technical training.

• Experience with IT help desk ticketing systems, remote desktop support, and incident response is required.

Desired but not Required Certifications:

• CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation Certification

• Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
