We are partnered with a premier, physician-led plastic surgery and aesthetic practice seeking a Plastic Surgeon to join their growing team. This Plastic Surgeon opportunity is ideal for a physician with a strong aesthetic eye, exceptional patient presence, and a desire to build a thriving practice in a high-end environment.


Key Responsibilities

• The Plastic Surgeon will perform a range of aesthetic surgical procedures, with opportunity to focus on facial, breast, and body procedures.
  
  
• Conduct thoughtful consultations and develop customized surgical treatment plans.
  
  
• Provide pre-operative, post-operative, and long-term patient care.
  
  
• Collaborate closely with the physician-led clinical and aesthetic team.
  
  
• Maintain accurate documentation while adhering to all safety and compliance standards.
  
  
• Participate in ongoing education, training, and practice-growth initiatives.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• MD or DO with completed Plastic Surgery residency training.
  
  
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Plastic Surgery.
  
  
• Active and unrestricted medical license, or ability to obtain licensure.
  
  
• Strong surgical judgment, patient communication skills, and attention to detail.
  
  
• Commitment to exceptional outcomes and patient experience.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Fellowship training or demonstrated experience in aesthetic plastic surgery.
  
  
• Strong before-and-after portfolio.
  
  
• Professional social media presence showcasing aesthetic work.
  
  
• Existing referral base or the drive to grow a loyal patient following.
