Role Description The Vice President of Customer Success and Product Delivery is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading the end-to-end customer success strategy and overseeing the delivery of training products and programs. This role manages customer success teams to drive onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion across accounts, ensuring clients realize measurable outcomes from 7th Level’s sales training solutions. The VP will collaborate closely with product, sales, and operations to design and refine delivery processes, standardize best practices, and ensure that products are implemented on time, within scope, and with high customer satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting performance metrics, analyzing customer health data, resolving escalated issues, and continuously improving the customer journey. The role also involves building scalable frameworks, mentoring team members, and contributing to strategic planning and revenue growth initiatives. Qualifications Demonstrated leadership experience in customer success, account management, or client services, ideally within training, SaaS, or professional services environments. Proven background in product or program delivery, including project management, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. Strong data-driven approach to measuring customer health, retention, and expansion, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills, with a focus on empathy, trust, and consultative guidance. Experience scaling teams and operations in a remote or distributed work environment, including coaching and developing high-performing managers and staff. Familiarity with modern sales methodologies and training programs; experience in sales enablement or sales leadership is highly beneficial. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
