Perform necessary die adjustments and quality checks during production.In this role you will:Set up and operate punch press ranging from 30Ton to 400Ton and all auxiliary equipmentHave an understanding of die sensors, PLEX and Smartpac technologyWork close with Quality department and toolroomMust be able to understand basic blueprintsForklift certified or ability to be certifiedPerform 5sPerform other duties as assignedQualifications:Required (Basic) Qualifications:• High school diploma or GED• 2 years of die setter/progressive die set up experiencePreferred Qualifications:• Certification or degree from an accredited institution in progressive die set up• 5 years of die setter/progressive die experience• Bilingual (Spanish/English)Skills:Position Criteria:• Self-motivated with good communication skills• Basic computer skills• Comfortable in a fast paced environment• Team oriented
