Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide therapeutic interventions for individuals and couples, utilizing evidence-based practices that focus on Engagement, Assessment, Planning, Implementation, and Evaluation.

• Regularly review and adjust treatment plans to align with clients' progress and any evolving needs.

• Maintain accurate and detailed client records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and case histories, ensuring compliance with documentation standards.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and healthcare professionals to deliver holistic, integrated care to clients.

• Offer crisis intervention during sessions as necessary, equipping clients with strategies to navigate acute distress.

• Engage in continuing professional education to stay informed of the latest therapeutic practices and legislation.

• Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain the highest confidentiality with regard to all client information.

• Advocate for clients' needs and ensure they have access to necessary resources within and beyond therapeutic sessions.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Moonlight Therapy Solutions offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
