Key Responsibilities\n

  Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough psychosocial assessments and established social work interventions.

  Maintain clear and timely documentation of clinical progress notes and treatment records, adhering to departmental policies and regulatory standards.

  Communicate collaboratively with physicians and healthcare providers to report on patient progress, address needs and concerns, and anticipate potential challenges in treatment.

  Coordinate with patients' families and support systems during treatment and discharge planning, ensuring a holistic understanding of each client’s circumstances.

  Facilitate care coordination by connecting clients with various providers, community resources, and support services, thereby enhancing access to necessary mental health and social services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The counselor will work with a broad spectrum of clients, including individuals facing common mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma, as well as those dealing with substance abuse challenges. Qualifications\n

  A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Regenerate Wellness Clinic offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
