Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize your education, training, and experience to create independent psychosocial assessments, accurately diagnosing patients and identifying their needs.

• Engage with patients in a compassionate manner, working together to develop individualized treatment plans that reflect their goals and preferences.

• Deliver evidence-based behavioral interventions, employing techniques such as motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, and behavioral activation tailored to client circumstances.

• Coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, primary care providers, and other specialists within Aloha Healthcare Center, to ensure a comprehensive approach to health.

• Monitor patient progress, tracking treatment responses through follow-up consultations, both in-person and virtually, to refine strategies and ensure effectiveness.

• Assist in the management of psychotropic medications prescribed by medical providers, supporting adherence to treatment protocols and addressing any side effects or challenges encountered by patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will serve a diverse population, including individuals from varying socio-economic backgrounds and those facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Your role is pivotal in not only offering immediate therapeutic support but also in contributing to long-term mental health improvements through continued engagement and motivation.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, providing you a solid foundation in clinical practices.

• A current, valid, and unrestricted LCSW license, allowing you to practice independently in the state of Arizona.

• Minimum of one year of experience in a clinical setting, where you've gained hands-on experience working with varied patient populations.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
