Key Responsibilities\n

Your role as an LCSW will include a variety of responsibilities that contribute to patient recovery and well-being. Key tasks involve:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to identify patients' needs and formulating individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices.

• Administering various therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to each client’s unique circumstances and preferences.

• Maintaining meticulous clinical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies, ensuring timely follow-ups and continuity of care.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to develop cohesive treatment strategies, ensuring holistic support for each patient.

In this role, you will primarily work with patients in a detox setting who may be coping with substance use disorders, co-occurring mental health issues, or other psychological challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Colorado.
