Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, 36 or 48 hours per week guarantees available. Every other weekend required. No on-call.

Highlights:

• Patient population includes MI, CHF, arrhythmias, PVD, and med-surg overflow
• Experience managing cardiac drips in a telemetry environment
• Nurse-to-patient ratio of 5:1, occasionally 6:1
• Two positions available with potential temp-to-perm opportunity
• Structured orientation with preceptorship and competency validation program
• Overtime eligible after 48 hours

Requirements:

• Active RN license in Louisiana or compact state
• BLS certification from AHA (required)
• ACLS certification from AHA (required)
• One year of experience in a related nursing specialty preferred
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred
