About the Role:

A rapidly growing health and wellness company is seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to lead paid acquisition, performance marketing, and AI-driven growth initiatives. This is an opportunity for a hands-on growth marketer to own campaigns end to end, manage significant advertising budgets, and build scalable marketing systems while working directly with the CEO.

The ideal candidate has extensive direct-to-consumer (DTC) marketing experience, a proven track record of managing high-spend paid media campaigns, strong creative judgment, and the ability to use AI and automation to accelerate growth. This is a full-time, on-site position in Los Angeles, California, with significant ownership and the opportunity to build a high-performing growth function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute paid acquisition strategies across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat.
• Personally manage campaign setup, audience targeting, bidding, optimization, budget pacing, and performance across advertising platforms.
• Oversee more than $1 million in monthly advertising spend, with opportunities to scale budgets based on performance and business milestones.
• Use AI tools for competitive research, creative analysis, campaign insights, copy development, and marketing optimization.
• Build no-code automations, dashboards, and AI agents to streamline workflows and improve decision-making.
• Lead creative strategy, including briefing designers and editors, developing ad concepts, and testing user-generated content (UGC), creator content, and studio-produced assets.
• Develop and optimize landing pages, conversion funnels, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) testing roadmaps.
• Manage email and SMS lifecycle marketing, including onboarding, customer retention, and lifetime value initiatives.
• Monitor attribution, customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), payback periods, and other key performance indicators.
• Maintain accurate reporting through Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and business intelligence dashboards.
• Forecast budgets, allocate spending across channels, and scale campaigns based on measurable results.
• Present performance insights, growth strategies, and recommendations directly to executive leadership.

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or a related field at a direct-to-consumer (DTC) brand.
• Demonstrated hands-on ownership of paid advertising campaigns, with direct experience managing Meta and Google Ads accounts.
• Experience with TikTok and/or Snapchat advertising is strongly preferred.
• Proven experience managing substantial advertising budgets, with the ability to explain campaign performance, testing decisions, and business outcomes.
• Strong proficiency in AI tools for research, analysis, creative development, copywriting, and workflow automation.
• Experience building no-code automations, dashboards, and AI-powered workflows.
• Strong creative judgment and the ability to develop, brief, evaluate, and optimize advertising concepts and creative assets.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills and experience with GA4, performance dashboards, attribution, and marketing analytics.
• Understanding of full-funnel marketing, landing-page optimization, conversion rate optimization, and lifecycle marketing.
• Strong ownership mentality, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven strategies and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Experience in health and wellness, healthcare, pharmacy, or telehealth is a plus.
• Experience bringing media buying in-house, building a growth function from scratch, or managing creative teams is preferred.
