Account Executive, CoStar Data & Analytics - Ft. Lauderdale, FL As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for acquiring new business while nurturing and expanding the client portfolio through the value of CoStar data and analytics products. Your role is consultative, building strong relationships, guiding prospects through the entire sales cycle, and ensuring long‑term client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities by demonstrating the value of CoStar products to the commercial real estate industry and beyond. Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and tailored solutions. Lead the end‑to‑end sales process, including prospecting, product demonstrations, closing, onboarding, training, and renewal. Conduct in‑person meetings and product demos for brokers, owners, corporations, investors, and other commercial real estate professionals. Represent CoStar at industry events, cultivating long‑term relationships and expanding the professional network. Basic Qualifications Minimum 3 years of successful B2B outside sales experience. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, not‑for‑profit, in‑person college or university. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and consistently meeting or surpassing quotas. Strong candidate‑management skills for post‑sale engagement. Current, valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record (notable for the travel component of the role). Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of outside sales experience in a B2B environment selling data, research, analytics, or related platforms. Experience in the commercial real estate industry is strongly preferred. Excellent consultative selling, communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills. Demonstrated success in managing client portfolios and driving revenue growth. Results‑driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and market knowledge.
