Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate patients' mental health status, identifying strengths and needs through innovative assessment tools.

• Deliver evidence-based therapies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to individual patient situations.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, nurses, and primary care providers to ensure comprehensive, coordinated patient care.

• Assist patients and their families in understanding complex diagnoses, treatment options, and accompanying medications with clear and empathetic communication.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, implementing effective evidence-based modalities designed to enhance coping strategies and emotional resilience.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with patient goals and preferences while adhering to established best practices in hospice care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
