Client Service Representative – Overview Are you passionate about animals and love helping people? As a CSR, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive experience from start to finish — providing exceptional customer service, building client relationships, and supporting our veterinary team. Whether you're greeting a nervous new puppy parent or helping schedule a pet's wellness check, your compassion and communication skills make all the difference. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in customer service who thrives in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment, is highly organized, and enjoys connecting with both people and pets. This is a full‑time position, with a 4/10 schedule and availability needed Tuesday‑Friday. Qualifications 1+ years of client service experience Previous veterinary experience is highly desired Clinic Overview North Phoenix Animal Clinic is a small animal, two‑doctor practice offering a wide range of services to the local community. From wellness care and dentistry to surgery and diagnostics, our clinic sees a variety of cases each day. We’re equipped with digital radiographs, dental x‑rays, IDEXX in‑house lab equipment, ultrasound, and cold laser therapy. Records are fully digital using Pulse software.
