AR Collections Specialist - SaaS Billing & Cash Flow
Engrain
Engrain is seeking an Accounts Receivable Collections Specialist on a temporary basis in Colorado. You will own collections for an assigned portfolio, pursuing overdue balances and resolving billing questions to ensure timely payments while maintaining strong customer relationships. Responsibilities include aging reporting, data integrity across NetSuite and Salesforce, and resolving disputes to close accounts.
