Job Description To assist the Project Manager, Superintendent, and Coordinator in all aspects of the job daily while supporting the crews as needed and on emergency jobs. You will work with Project Managers within Spear D’s Construction Department and will learn a variety of disciplines, including plant, public, private, and on-call work. Job Requirements Prepare/Submit and notify PM and superintendent on Change Orders and Cost Proposals. Per direction of PM/superintendent, prepare, submit, and disseminate resolutions for RFI’s (requests for information). Capture, document, and record quantities of materials, equipment, and labor from the field. Do quantity entry into View Point weekly. Work with the project coordinator to submit, acquire, and maintain all permits, submittals, and/or other necessary forms and paperwork requirements to conduct needed work activities. Initiate and ensure NM811 tickets are submitted and kept current.
