Workday Benefits & Absence Analyst

SiriusXM seeks a Workday Benefits & Absence Administrator to configure and support Benefits, Absence Management, and ACA modules. You’ll partner with People Operations and Payroll to ensure compliant benefits administration and efficient processes, supporting Open Enrollment and data integrity across a mature Workday environment. You’ll manage reporting, testing, and security configurations while driving improvements and supporting SOX compliance in a fast‑paced, collaborative setting. #J-18808-Ljbffr SiriusXM
