SiriusXM is seeking a skilled Workday professional to optimize Benefits and Absence Management configurations, reporting, and compliance. You will partner with People Operations, Payroll, and Total Rewards to ensure accurate benefits administration and streamlined leave processes. Key responsibilities include Open Enrollment support, ACA administration, and implementing workflow enhancements within Workday.
