Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for employee relations, workplace investigations, and compliance? We are seeking a Bilingual HR Generalist to join our team. Candidates with experience in the hospitality, gaming, or casino industry are highly preferred.

Position Summary

The HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting employee relations, conducting workplace investigations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies, and partnering with management to foster a positive work environment. The ideal candidate is bilingual in Spanish and English, highly organized, and experienced in handling sensitive employee matters with professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough and impartial workplace investigations involving employee relations issues, policy violations, harassment, discrimination, and other workplace concerns.
• Document investigation findings and prepare detailed reports and recommendations.
• Partner with managers and supervisors to address employee relations matters and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Interpret and communicate company policies, procedures, and employment laws.
• Assist with employee performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Assist with HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of HR Generalist experience required.
• Strong background in conducting workplace investigations.
• Experience in hospitality, gaming, or casino environments preferred.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) required.
• Knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and employee relations processes.
• Excellent communication, interviewing, documentation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) is a plus.
• Experience working in fast-paced, multi-department operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
