HR Operations & Onboarding Specialist
Atimaterials
ATI is seeking an HR support specialist to perform a variety of human resources duties with a focus on staffing, onboarding, and employee programs. The role supports pre-employment processes, maintains HR records, and coordinates training initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, experience with Microsoft Office, and preferably a bachelor’s degree in HR. This onsite role offers opportunities to work across HR functions and contribute to departmental processes.
