Pay: $33.00–$54.45/hour + applicable shift differentials and incentive opportunities

Position Overview

We are hiring experienced Registered Nurses to join a hospital staffing pool in Goldsboro, NC. This is a full-time direct-hire opportunity offering 12-hour shifts with variable day and night schedules.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, quality patient care using the nursing process.
• Assess patient needs and develop or update individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments according to hospital policies.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Educate patients and families regarding care and discharge planning.
• Perform point-of-care testing and maintain accurate patient documentation.
• Prioritize and manage care for patients with complex needs.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience.
• Nursing Diploma, ADN, or ASN required.
• Active North Carolina RN license.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC required.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
