Customer Service Manager

Location: Manchester, CT (Relocating to Windsor Locks, CT)
Pay: $25.00-$28.00/hour DOE

Are you an organized professional who enjoys working with customers and keeping operations running smoothly? We're seeking a Customer Service Manager to join a growing manufacturing company. In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for customers while coordinating with production, sales, and office teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and order updates
• Review customer contracts, job specifications, quotes, and related documentation
• Coordinate production schedules with the Production Manager
• Collaborate with the Sales and Office teams to resolve customer and production-related issues
• Maintain job files, blueprints, quotes, and production records
• Assist with invoicing, job cards, and other administrative tasks
• Support the production process by ensuring accurate communication and documentation from order through completion

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Customer service, administrative, or manufacturing experience preferred
• Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment

Additional Requirements:

• Must be able to pass FAA pre-employment drug testing
• Position will begin in Manchester, CT and permanently relocate to Windsor Locks, CT
