Office Administrator

Now Hiring: Office Administrator – ProGuard Roofing (W-2 Position) ProGuard Roofing is hiring a detail-oriented and reliable Office Administrator to support our day-to-day customer operations. This role is crucial for keeping our communication, scheduling, and customer service running smoothly. If you're organized, a strong communicator, and thrive in a fast-paced office setting, we’d love to meet you. What You’ll Be Responsible For: Answering and directing inbound customer calls Following up with leads from calls, forms, or referrals Following up with customers regarding outstanding payments and invoices Assisting the operations team with scheduling jobs and customer coordination Providing professional communication with homeowners throughout the project lifecycle Supporting miscellaneous administrative duties including emails, job folders, CRM notes, and call logs What We’re Looking For: 1–3 years of office administration or customer service experience Excellent phone and communication skills Highly organized and self-motivated Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets), basic CRM or project software Ability to work in-office full-time (Chandler, AZ) Compensation: Pay Range: $22–$32/hour, depending on experience Type: Full-time W-2 Schedule: Monday through Friday, business hours Benefits: Not included Why Join ProGuard Roofing?
