Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Bright View, you will have a diverse range of responsibilities, including:

• Conducting Individual Therapy: Provide personalized counseling to help clients explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, while developing tailored coping strategies and action plans.

• Creating Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that are goal-oriented and address their unique preferences and needs.

• Monitoring Progress: Regularly assess client progress through various evaluation tools, adapting treatment approaches as needed based on outcomes and feedback.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary client focus for this role includes young adults between the ages of 18 and 30 who are facing mental health issues. Within our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), you will employ evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to meet the diverse needs of this demographic. • Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for the position ranges between USD 85,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
