Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will:

This role centers on a diverse clientele, including teens and young adults aged 18 to 30, many of whom are experiencing a range of mental health issues. Our outpatient treatment center offers Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) services, employing holistic and evidence-based therapies to foster healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, you must hold a valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential in Texas. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is mandatory, complemented by continuing education in mental health treatment practices.

Ideal candidates will have experience working within outpatient settings, particularly with youth and young adults. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and evidence-based therapeutic methodologies will set you apart. Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
