HR Data Analyst

HR Data Analyst – HR Systems & Reporting We are seeking an HR Data Analyst to support HR data initiatives, focusing on designing, integrating, validating, and reporting data across Workday, E360, and Snowflake. The ideal candidate will have experience working with HR data, supporting data quality efforts, and enabling reporting and analytics within enterprise technology environments. Key Responsibilities Support the design, integration, and validation of HR data across Workday, E360, and Snowflake. Define and document critical HR data elements and source-to-target data mappings. Validate data quality and ensure accuracy and completeness of HR data. Enable and support HR reporting and analytics capabilities. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align data with business and reporting requirements. Qualifications Experience working with HR data and supporting data integration or reporting initiatives. Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., Workday) and data platforms (e.g., Snowflake).
