Intake Specialist

Pedram Law is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and highly organized Intake Specialist to join our growing team. This role is the first point of contact for potential clients seeking legal representation in Employment Law and Personal Injury matters. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who can build trust quickly, identify viable cases, and provide a seamless intake experience while maintaining empathy and professionalism. Responsibilities Answer incoming calls, web inquiries, and text messages from prospective clients. Conduct detailed intake interviews for employment law and personal injury matters. Gather facts, review potential claims, and accurately document all information in the firm's CRM/case management system. Identify qualified cases and elevate to attorneys when appropriate. Request and organize supporting documentation from prospective clients. Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication throughout the intake process. Coordinate consultations and manage attorney calendars. Ensure all intake files are complete, accurate, and compliant with firm procedures. Collaborate with the marketing and legal teams to maximize lead conversion and client satisfaction. Qualifications 2+ years of intake, client services, or legal experience (employment law and/or personal injury preferred). Strong understanding of employment law and personal injury case types is a plus. Outstanding phone presence with the ability to build rapport quickly. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage a high-volume workload in a fast-paced environment. Experience with CRM or legal case management software preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus.
