This role is performed remotely, offering flexibility while maintaining a professional and supportive work atmosphere. While your primary interactions will occur online, you will be connected with a team of therapists who value teamwork and collaboration. The wellbeing of our staff is equally important, and we encourage a healthy work-life balance, requiring that therapists adhere to a predictable schedule, generally from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with potential for some flexibility based on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for new patients, utilizing structured interviews and clinical evaluation techniques to identify mental health needs.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individual patients.

• Administer diverse therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, effectively adapting treatment strategies to the evolving needs of clients.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups, fostering a sense of community among participants and addressing common mental health issues.

• Work in tandem with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other allied professionals to ensure well-coordinated and holistic patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services and immediate support during mental health emergencies, utilizing a calm and methodical approach to crisis scenarios.

• Educate patients on mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources, empowering them in their recovery journey.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies, using electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through case consultations, team meetings, and continuous education opportunities.

• Stay current with the latest research, trends, and advancements in mental health therapy to enhance treatment effectiveness.

You will work with a varied clientele, reflecting the diverse demographic population of Gresham and surrounding areas. Our patients include individuals facing mental health challenges across all age groups, encompassing children, adolescents, adults, and families. Your role will involve adapting therapeutic approaches to engage effectively with different client backgrounds and experiences, ensuring inclusive and equitable support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Oregon.

• Strong knowledge of mental health disorders and proficient understanding of evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Demonstrable experience in conducting thorough assessments and developing comprehensive treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits\n
