What You’ll Do

  • Connect with customers by phone, email, text, and live chat

  • Schedule sales appointments and create a great first impression

  • Respond quickly to internet leads and customer inquiries

  • Help customers find the right department and resources

  • Follow up with potential buyers and keep conversations going

  • Work closely with our sales and management teams

  • Use our CRM system daily to track customer interactions

  • Bring energy, positivity, and professionalism to every customer experience

What We’re Looking For

✔ Customer service experience preferred
✔ Automotive knowledge is a plus (but we’ll train the right person!)
✔ Strong communication and computer skills
✔ Team player mentality with a positive attitude
✔ Motivated, dependable, and eager to grow
✔ Professional and friendly personality
✔ Valid driver’s license required
