Your Role

• Conduct a variety of routine and advanced clinical laboratory testsincluding chemistry, hematology, and immunologyadhering strictly to established procedures.

• Assist with the collection of specimens and prepare samples for analysis as required.
• Ensure meticulous documentation of all laboratory procedures, provide training for new staff or students, and help maintain high lab quality standards.
• Uphold safety by keeping the lab environment clean and compliant with all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Achieve ASCP or AMT Board Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within the first year of employment.
• Keep your certification current throughout your tenure.
