Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed intake assessments and evaluations to identify client problems, including backgrounds and presenting issues.

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, using evidence-based practices to ensure the best outcomes.

• Utilize the current Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to formulate effective treatment goals and apply necessary clinical interventions.

• Provide individual, group, and family counseling using a range of therapeutic techniques aimed at addressing high-risk behaviors and promoting wellness.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to evaluate clients’ interpersonal and relational functioning, focusing on strategies that enhance their mental health.

• Document all counseling sessions and client interactions thoroughly and accurately, maintaining compliance with clinical documentation standards.

• Engage in ongoing evaluation and follow-up with clients to assess treatment effectiveness and make adjustments as necessary.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
