Business Development Manager (Public Sector)

Sales Representative
Prospect and generate leads within assigned geographic region for SLED agencies. Build/maintain relationships with state + local government decision-makers and influencers. Create and execute sales plans to drive bookings and revenue to quota. Understand agency needs and position IDI/CORE solutions to solve identity verification, risk mitigation, due diligence, fraud prevention, and compliance challenges. Drive procurement motion: help shape requirements, contribute to RFP buildout, coordinate with procurement teams, and work toward contract drafting ? operations director alignment ? PO. Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in Salesforce + GovWin; monitor KPIs and course-correct gaps. Collaborate with Sales/Marketing/Product/Legal for contract alignment and revenue initiatives. Stay current on market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments affecting public sector buyers. Travel for in-person meetings, trade shows, speaking engagements, and industry events. $100K base (1ST YEAR OTE: $130K, 2ND YEAR OTE $160K)
