We are immediately hiring Bilingual Customer Service Representatives for an exciting, high-impact community project starting on August 4, 2026 .

 

In this role, you will be assisting Spanish-speaking members of our community navigate and complete online electronic forms. This is a short-term project with massive long-term potential!

Project Schedule:

 

• Dates: Tuesday, August 4th – Friday, August 7th
• Shift Hours: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Must be flexible to stay slightly past 4:00 PM if community needs arise)

 

Job Requirements:

 

• Bilingual Fluency: Read, write, and speak both English and Spanish fluently.
• Tech Literacy: Comfortable using computer programs and assisting others with digital forms.
• Customer Service: Previous customer service or community-facing experience.
• Key Skills: Strong active listening and communication skills.
• Reliability: Must have reliable transportation to the job site.
• Background Check: Candidates must be able to pass a background check upon hire.
