Service Operations Advisor — Billing & Scheduling

Your mission

Transform repair orders into precise invoices, tailor pricing elements per customer, and keep information moving cleanly through Fullbay and QuickBooks—while collaborating across the shop to hit timelines and keep customers organized.

Key responsibilities

• Validate all invoices: confirm mileage/odometer, labor times, parts lines, and totals.
• Customize mileage, time entries, and markups for each account; George & Rick will train you on every customer’s playbook.
• Process and input key account data in Fullbay + QuickBooks for accurate billing and reporting.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements to strengthen invoicing procedures.
• Coordinate with the Cash Management team to support timely payments and strong collections performance.
• Partner with service writers, parts, and technicians to schedule jobs, order parts, and onboard/organize customers.
