Are you an organized, detail-loving multitasker with a passion for people and recruiting? Join our Human Resources team in Omaha as a Human Resources Coordinator! In this dynamic role, you'll take the lead on recruiting efforts while supporting onboarding, employee communications, recognition programs, and company events. If you enjoy building relationships, coordinating multiple projects, and helping create an exceptional employee experience, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

• Lead recruiting efforts, including job postings, career fairs, interviews, and applicant communications
• Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and pre-employment screening processes
• Maintain HR records, systems, and administrative processes
• Create employee communications, newsletters, and promotional materials
• Plan employee events, recognition programs, and company celebrations
• Support HR projects and help foster a positive employee experience

What We're Looking For:

• Associate degree and 3 years of Administration/Payroll/HRIS/Human Resources experience or any similar combination of education and experience
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and professionalism
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications
• Experience with Canva, InDesign, Photoshop, or similar design software preferred
• A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, in-office environment
