Customer Service Representative II

Hybrid role - 3 days onsite/AH.


Training hours will be between M-F 8am - 4:30pm (first 4 weeks Hybrid), then 12p-8p for 3 weeks virtually. Once training is complete 3-4 months, permanent shift will be Tuesday-Saturday, estimate hours could be 9a-5p



Job Purpose
Provide communications facilitation between external customers and the sales force and provide first point of contact for external customers and the sales force to reach internal personnel.



Your responsibilities will include:
Triage and respond to external customer and sales rep calls
Send messages from internal/external customers to the sales force by pagers, cell phones, home phones, etc.
Escalate and close pages via backups, if required.
Maintain a professional presence in all situations by asking and providing information per procedures.



Notes:
24/7 call center first point of contact
Ranges from 60-80 calls per day
First point of contact (triage calls)
Most of our calls are HCP, Pt, Page reps



Quality Systems Duties and Responsibilities:
Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements.



Required qualifications:
HS Diploma/GED Diploma required.
1 Year with associate in arts degree/diploma, or an equivalent combination of education/work experience.
