Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized therapy sessions via our telehealth platform, providing support and guidance to clients from various backgrounds.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient progress within approved electronic health record systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Utilize evidence-based therapies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and social-constructionist approaches, tailoring techniques to meet individual client needs.

• Regularly evaluate treatment efficacy and make data-informed adjustments based on client feedback and professional judgment.

• Perform additional related tasks as assigned to support the overall mission of the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele that includes individuals, families, and groups of varying ages, with a particular focus on those coping with developmental differences. Your expertise will be critical in providing targeted support to children and adolescents facing mental health challenges, as well as their families.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Professional Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid LPCC license to practice in the state of California.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, specifically working with developmental differences in children and families.

• Strong grasp of evidence-based therapeutic practices, particularly cognitive-behavioral therapy and other applicable methods.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Total Safety Counseling, Ltd offers a competitive salary range of $110,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with employer contributions, and generous paid time off (2-3 weeks annually) to ensure your well-being.
