- Hands-on Sourcing & Outreach (80–90% of the role): Finding talent, conducting phone screens, and building strong candidate pipelines.
- System Management: Submitting candidates into systems and managing data within the ATS. AI systems to source
- Onboarding Ramp-up: Undergoing a 2-week onboarding program, with expectations to start building pipelines by the middle of Week 2.
Must Haves:
- Minimum 1 to 3+ years of recruiting experience (3+ years is historically the most successful).
- Strong Boolean search and complex keystring building skills (will be tested in the interview).
- Highly tech-savvy and comfortable using AI tools and ATS systems.
- Must include metrics – 4 hires per month, how many calls, screenings, emails, reach-outs, type of tech roles, etc
- High motivation, hard-working, quick learner, and genuinely excited about active sourcing/recruiting.
- Ability to work 100% onsite, 5 days a week in the designated local market.
