Vendor Transition Specialist

: Oversee the transition of vendors used in Ventures-owned practices to accounts payable and procurement departments. Coordinate billing, demographic details, and other required information with the vendors and liaison between practices and Accounting to confirm that all invoices are paid within the agreed upon terms. Represent Ventures and our practices through the transition of the practices invoicing and billing, completing the transition process within required deadlines Responsible for maintaining relationships with all practice's vendors Point of contact for all vendors when any issues or delayed payment activity occurs Reconcile the payment processes to provide timely payment from AP and avoid misrouted, overdue, and overlooked payments Research new vendors and coordinate with management to have vendors added to the payment process Act as a resource to internal and external business partners regarding vendor transitioning and GL coding required for invoice payment Maintain open communication with vendors as needed to ensure successful transition of payments Job Specifications Typically has the following skills or abilities: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; in lieu of degree 4 years functional experience Working knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel and Lotus Notes Prior SAP experience preferred Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Strong organization skills, detail-oriented and ability to multitask #LI-REMOTE #LI-VENTURES Compensation range for the role is listed below. Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
