Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ mental health needs by utilizing interviews, standardized tools, and direct observations to inform treatment planning.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that include specific therapeutic interventions, focusing on a range of challenges such as anxiety, depression, addiction, and psychosocial dysfunction.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based techniques to engage clients and promote therapeutic progress.

• Coordinate care with other health professionals by actively participating in treatment meetings to discuss cases, share insights, and manage complex cases effectively.

• Maintain accurate and timely medical records and treatment documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.

• Active and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of  USD 90,000 to 100,000 yearly , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
