Accounts Payable Associate

Accounts Payable Team Lead Our client, a growing organization in [industry], is looking for an experienced AP Team Lead to oversee AP operations, treasury support, and vendor relationships a leadership role focused on oversight and process ownership, not day-to-day invoice keying. What You'll Do Own the weekly check run (every Monday) Approve vendor payment workflows and review for accuracy Handle vendor remittances and portal management Oversee AP accruals and month-end AP close tasks Supervise and train one direct report Support daily treasury functions (cash flow tracking, bank reconciliations) Serve as super-user for Concur Expense and Invoice Assist with journal entries and GL reconciliations as needed What We're Looking For AP leadership or senior AP experience Strong knowledge of Concur or similar platforms Comfortable owning processes end-to-end and managing a direct report
