Human Resources Generalist
Jericho Road Community Health Center is actively seeking a Human Resources Generalist (HRG). This position is full-time, salaried exempt, within the Human Resources Department, working at our Barton/Breckenridge Campus – 181 Barton Street, with the expectation of travel between all locations. The Senior Human Resources Generalist will report to the Human Resources Manager.
The SRHG will have primary responsibilities around lifecycle recruitment, the organizational new hire orientation program and employee wellbeing, engagement and experience.

Responsibilities:
- Assess existing organizational recruitment functions and develop/implement a kind, thorough and consistent recruitment strategy to meet JR objectives
- Evaluate the hiring lifecycle, from sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer, then define process improvements, changes and implement to all levels of hiring managers
- Optimize all facets of HRIS as it relates to recruitment and onboarding; become a subject matter expert in each applicable module, identify areas where HRIS is not being optimized, standardize system processes (employment application, job postings, offer letters, onboarding documents, etc.)
- Formalize the organization's new hire orientation program; champion NHO objectives, key stakeholders, content, resources and logistics
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, or other related degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years' Human Resources experience; a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory, management or above capacity strongly preferred
- Lifecycle recruitment experience required; a minimum of 2 years' experience required
- Employee orientation/onboarding experience required a minimum of 2 years' experience required
- Process design and improvement experience required; candidates should expect to complete a competency assessment surrounding PI as a final step in the interviewing process
- Experience implementing, managing and assessing HRIS and modules is required
- Strong ability to present information and describe process(es) and procedures to hiring managers and key stakeholders in recruitment, orientation
- Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and confidentiality for all Human Resource functions of JRCHC (Jericho Road Community Health Center)
Rate: $64,000-70,000 annually. Individual compensation is based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other position related components.
