Work Environment

You will be working onsite at our modern rehabilitation center in Winchester, a facility equipped with state-of-the-art technology and treatment modalities. Your regular schedule will consist of 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday, allowing you to maintain a work-life balance while being fully engaged in patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians to develop individualized treatment plans based on their functional goals.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to the specific needs of each patient, optimizing their recovery process.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes and alignment with each patient's rehabilitation goals.
• Provide education and training to patients and their caregivers, enabling them to understand their conditions and actively participate in their recovery.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and social workers, to enhance patient care and outcomes.
• Maintain high standards of customer service by fostering a supportive and encouraging environment for patients throughout their treatment.
• Achieve minimum utilization goals and contribute to the growth and efficiency of the practice by participating in community outreach initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

Preferred Experience
