Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist on our team, you will be expected to:

• Consult with patients to understand their physical conditions and tailor your approach to their unique symptoms and needs.
• Utilize assessment techniques to diagnose movement dysfunction and develop personalized treatment plans aimed at achieving measurable rehabilitation goals.
• Instruct and demonstrate proper use of therapeutic exercise techniques, ensuring patients are equipped to perform exercises correctly.
• Administer therapeutic treatments such as stimulation or massage to enhance healing and improve physical function.
• Assist patients in using mobility aids like wheelchairs or walkers, ensuring their safety and aiding in their rehabilitation.
• Maintain thorough records of patient progress, documenting improvements and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Provide educational support to patients and their families regarding in-home exercises and treatment options.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
