About the Role

Applicants for the Associate Vice President of HR Operations role at the company must have a Master's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 10 years' experience in total rewards, compensation, benefits, and ERP in a leadership capacity. Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in FQHC or community health settings, is essential.
